Distribution:
Fresh Cup
is mailed during the third week of the month preceding the publication date. For
example, the August issue is mailed during the third week of July. So your ad
reaches readers in a consistent, timely fashion.
Space Reservations:
Signed insertion orders for ad placement reservations must be received by the
15th of the month (six weeks before the publication date). For example, insertions
for the August issue must be received by June 15. Cancellations must be made in
writing, but will not be accepted after the space reservation closing date.
Special Positions:
May be contracted for 15% premium. Back and inside cover positions cannot be canceled.
Inserts:
Special inserts can target your message for specific events or geographical areas.

Multiple Insertion Contracts:
While we welcome one-time insertion contracts, every advertising industry study
proves that results increase dramatically with multiple insertions. Therefore,
we strongly recommend a minimum three-time insertion. Contracts canceled before
completion will be billed at 50% of the balance of the remainder of the contract.
Payment:
All accounts are invoiced net 10 days. A 5% discount (cash, money order or check)
is given upon full payment of any multiple insertion order. A 100% deposit is
required with first insertion for first-time advertisers. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
Diners Club, and American Express.
Agency Commission:
A 15% commission is given to recognized advertising agencies. Agency commission
is forfeited if payment in full is not received within 35 days of invoice date.
Client will be automatically billed for balance owed.
