[T]he Taiwanese cheese tea trend continues its march toward world domination with the opening of Cube Tea Studio in St. Louis, Missouri. The shop is the second location in the city to offer cheese tea (the first being Share Sweet) and works out of a minimalist space with only a counter, a standing waiting area, and two barstools. Cube Tea currently offers four kinds of tea: salted cream cheese foam pure tea, salted cream cheese foam slush tea, milk tea, and a seasonal fruit tea featuring fresh-cut produce.
