Oklahoma City’s Leap Coffee Roasters is designing a new series blend 2020 Artist Series Blend with art in mind.

Angie LaPaglia

Starting February 1, the company kicks off the 2020 Artist Series Blend by teaming up with poet and visual creator Angie LaPaglia with “Shameless” coffee. LaPaglia says she wanted a blend as “bold as her art.” The light-to-medium roast features notes of nutmeg, golden raisin, and cocoa, and certified organic beans from Sumatra, Brazil, and Guatemala.

“Shameless is not subtle. It very much knows who it is,” she says. LaPaglia advocates for women’s rights and will curate two exhibits this year, including one for emerging female-identifying artists.
