Noteable Features
Low-Profile, Highly Customizable
A compact form factor promotes customer engagement while allowing for unique colorways, finishes, or configurations that reflect a brand’s style.
Programmable Doses
Volumetric control streamlines repeatability, making it ideal for busy environments that demand consistent shot quality. Optional integrated scales (ABR) take precision to the next level.
Proportional Steam Valve
A lever-style system that enables precise steam control. This nuanced approach to steaming sets it apart from on/off systems, especially for those fine-tuning texture and temperature.
Independent Saturated Boilers
Each group head has its own boiler, helping maintain stable brew temperatures even under heavy workloads. This distinction can be a key differentiator in multi-group setups.

Founder | Valor Coffee
We rock a two-group Strada S at our Alpharetta cafe. It features integrated scales, so we can get very accurate outputs, which is a huge plus in our busy workflow.
We typically work with a brewer (shot puller) who grabs shots from grinders to the left of the machine, then we work towards the right, where expo (drink finisher) typically steams milk (yes…our right steam wand gets abused more than the left). In busier moments, we steam on both sides of the machines. We have pitcher rinsers on each side to make workflow easier, but shots are still just pulled using grinders to the left, or our back bar EK.

Noteable Features
Mass-Based Profiling
By integrating scales under the drip tray, the Strada X precisely measures beverage mass in real time, creating a higher level of shot consistency than machines that rely on volume or timing alone. This advanced control empowers baristas to achieve a near-perfect balance for every espresso, appealing to cafes that require dependable, repeatable results throughout a busy service.
Smart Saturation
Smart Saturation takes the uncertainty out of preinfusion by monitoring water flow and pressure before the pump engages. Unlike traditional preinfusion methods that rely on time or manual adjustments, the Strada X intelligently adapts to each shot’s conditions—giving baristas consistent, worry-free extractions no matter how adventurous their coffee profile may be.
Paddle-Based Profile Control
The redesigned paddle on the Strada X seamlessly translates barista inputs into precise pressure curves, eliminating the risk of puck damage and channeling. While many espresso machines offer only rudimentary pressure adjustments, the Strada X enables thoughtful, real-time refinement—ideal for cafe where exploring new flavors and dialing in unique coffees is a priority.
Straight-In Portafilters
By simplifying the movement needed to lock in a portafilter and reducing strain on the wrist, the straight-in portafilter design significantly improves daily barista workflow. This ergonomic advantage can be a substantial differentiator for businesses looking to enhance barista comfort while still maintaining top-tier performance in high-volume, fast-paced cafe environments.
