Set for October 10-11, 2023, at ExCeL London, the Café Business Expo (formerly the Coffee Shop Innovation Expo) aims to bring together café owners, baristas, and producers from around the globe. The event will feature a rich lineup of suppliers, seminars, and networking opportunities, including a newly introduced Product Innovation Showcase.

Why It Matters: The Café Business Expo aims to create a platform where professionals can stay up-to-date on the latest trends, products, and educational resources available in the coffee world. This trade event will bring business education and connections to the European market in a way not served in other spaces.

The Full Extraction: The expo will feature 200+ suppliers and 100+ seminars and educational opportunities. The new Product Innovation Showcase will highlight notable new products and ideas from the region’s innovators. Speakers include:

  • Andrew Bowring, Fairtrade Foundation, will speak on how to apply ESG principles in the coffee supply chain to protect our industry from exploitation and climate change.
  • Michele Lombardi, head of mixology at Four Seasons, will lead an interactive bartending workshop to help cafes adopt the skills and processes to make alcohol service work.
  • Monique Farquharson, founder of The Matcha Yaad, will present on matcha as a blend of tradition and modernity for the cafe setting.

What’s More: The Cafe Business Expo runs alongside six additional shows that attendees can enter at will with a single ticket: the Trade Drinks Expo, Street Food Business Expo, Restaurant & Takeaway Innovation Expo, Hospitality Tech Expo, Responsible Packaging Expo, and Hotel & Resort Innovation Expo.

You can claim a free ticket at the Cafe Business Expo website.
