Don’t miss out on valuable sales just because of the heat this year! Incorporate cold brew into your menu with Service Ideas’ new Cold Brew ‘N’ Serv™ Cold Brew System. The system allows café operators to turn Service Ideas’ Cold Beverage Dispenser into an all-in-one brewer and dispenser for superb versatility and efficiency.

Service Ideas’ Cold Brew ‘N’ Serv™ Cold Brew System

While many commercial cold brew systems require messy filter bags, a large stainless steel or plastic bucket, and transferring concentrate into separate serving vessels, the Cold Brew ‘N’ Serv™ system solves many pains of the process.

Filter basket removal is easy.

The system’s innovative brew basket can hold up to three pounds of coffee grounds or filter pack coffee, which is submerged and held in place with a cam lock handles, allowing for extraction while preventing grounds from escaping into the brew. Removing and draining the coffee grounds is simple and requires minimal handling from employees for a more sanitary process start to finish. Brewing containers also detach from the base, making it easy to store multiple batches in refrigeration and switch out during service with minimal mess.

Cold brew is dispensed directly from the brewing container.

Each batch yields just under three gallons of cold-brewed coffee that can be served directly from the brewing container. The Cold Brew ‘N’ Serv™ Cold Brew System is NSF listed for safe use in commercial foodservice applications.

As the temperature keeps climbing, ensure your café is ready with a new Cold Brew ‘N’ Serv™ System from Service Ideas
