[I]lly opened its two latest Caffè coffee bars in San Francisco, California, earlier this week. The new flagship location at 220 Montgomery Street and the café at 90 New Montgomery Street bring Illy’s total number of shops in San Francisco to seven.

All coffee is ethically sourced and purchased directly from farmers. Both cafés will offer the full Illy experience, including the brand’s iconic imagery and art collection cups. From Illy’s press release:

The 220 Montgomery St. location, within the historic Mills Building, is Illy’s largest to date in San Francisco, furnished with the company’s signature red and white color palette, and accented with thoughtful modern design elements, such as chandeliers crafted from Illy Art Collection cups that feature the work of Jeff Koons, James Rosenquist and other influential contemporary artists.

The flagship store offers a full retail shop where customers can purchase Illy products, including espresso machines and their signature single-origin coffee beans. Each location includes a full food menu, including freshly made soups and salads, paninos, sandwiches, and wraps. All Illy baristas train at the company’s University of Coffee, where they learn expert coffee specialty drink preparation.

Hours of operation for the new locations are Monday–Friday from 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
