Oat milk is an excellent non-dairy addition to fall flavors and goes well with all the seasonal spices, sugars, and produce, creating that satisfying creaminess we often crave as the weather turns frosty.

Turkish Apricot Syrup Ingredients

1/2 Cup demerara sugar

1 Cup water

3 ounces dried Turkish apricots, chopped

Latte Ingredients

1.25 ounces Turkish Apricot Syrup

1 pinch sea salt

1 dash ground cinnamon

2 shots espresso

10 ounces steamed Barista Series Oat

Instructions

For the Turkish Apricot Syrup: Combine the sugar, water, and apricots in a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer 30 minutes. Remove from heat and steep for 1 hour. Strain and refrigerate until ready to use.

Combine the apricot syrup, salt, and cinnamon in a 12-ounce cup. Top with espresso and steamed oat milk.

Makes 1 latte.
